Made-to-Order Timing
Made-to-order pieces require 3–6 weeks before dispatch. The delivery timeline above applies from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details.
If you need a made-to-order piece for a specific date — a wedding, an anniversary, a departure — contact us before ordering. We will confirm whether the timing is possible, or suggest an in-stock alternative.
Packaging
Every order ships in a rigid outer box containing a cotton pouch, an authenticity card, and a care guide on acid-free paper. The packaging is designed to be kept alongside the piece.
If you are giving the order as a gift, you may add a handwritten note at checkout at no extra cost. Gift packaging is standard on all orders — no upgrade needed.
Returns & Exchanges
In-stock pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging. Made-to-order and custom pieces are not returnable unless there is a defect.
To begin a return or exchange, email us or send a WhatsApp message. We will arrange collection within Cairo, or provide a return shipping label for other locations.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt. International returns are refunded minus original shipping costs.
