Chez Rémi is a jewellery and accessories brand operated by Riham Hamed, Cairo, Egypt. Contact: hello@chezremi.com.

Orders and pricing

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock availability, or payment issues — you will be notified and fully refunded.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Meeza cards, and cash on delivery within Egypt. Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store card details.

For cash on delivery orders, a one-time confirmation code is sent to your phone. Payment is collected by the courier upon delivery.

Made-to-order pieces

Made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless defective. By placing a made-to-order order, you confirm you have read the product description, specifications, and estimated delivery window, and accept these terms.

Custom pieces (bespoke commissions) require a non-refundable deposit of 30–50% of the total, confirmed in writing before production begins.

Returns and refunds

In-stock pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Email us to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. International return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

Pieces that arrive damaged must be documented and reported within 48 hours. We will arrange replacement or repair at no cost.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — images, text, designs, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Chez Rémi. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered customers.
